Moroccan Woman Wins USD 1 Million in ‘Al Holm’ TV Show

Rabat – A dream has come true for Naoual Akili, a Moroccan woman from Ouezzane, a town in northern Morocco, who has just won USD 1 million on the MBC program “Al Holm” (“The Dream”).

Akili, who is a street vendor, won the prize after participating in the show hosted by the Syrian TV presenter Mustapha Al Agha, who traveled to Ouazzane on December 16 to give her the check in person, amid the applause of her relatives.

The video of Al Agha visiting Naoual’s house in the Rouida region in Ouezzane went viral on social media.
