Rabat – Fouzi Lekjaa, President of Morocco’s Royal Football Federation (FRMF) said that time has come to develop a strategy to promote the football field in Morocco.
Lekjaa, who is also 3rd vice president of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), expressed his commitment to support training that is of great importance in the development of football practice.
During a meeting with Nasser Larguet, national technical director at the National Football Center Maamoura in Rabat, the president of the football institution said that Morocco needs to get rid of useless solutions in order to develop in this field.
Lekjaa also called for a “break with the exploits of chance, especially since football has today become an autonomous science based on scientific research and professional methods,” reported Maghreb Arab Press (MAP).
The federation president also urged regional technical directors to get involved in working frameworks related to the football field in order to develop their strategies.
Larguet has reviewed the main lines of the strategy of the work of the technical direction in all its components, added MA.
John Pierre Morlan, FRMF Director in charge for football training and development emphasized the importance of building a broad and structured base for forming a strong elite, making clear that the technical direction focuses on the quality of the training provided.
