Rabat – Morocco’s net international reserves amounted to MAD 242.8 billion until December 6, 2019, up by 7.8% compared to the same period in 2018, Morocco’s central bank (Bank Al-Maghrib) said in a statement.
Bank Al-Maghrib (BAM) added that during the week of December 5-11, it injected MAD 65 billion into money markets, pointing out that the interbank rate has reached 2.26%.
In the same period, the Moroccan Dirham depreciated by 0.21% against the dollar and by 0.29% against the Euro.
