The Italian national will face charges of premeditated murder.
Rabat – Vincenzo Lorio, an Italian national deliberately ran over a 24-year old Moroccan national, killing the victim.
Authorities identified the Moroccan victim as Mohamed Amine El Fatine, Italian news agency ANSA reported on Wednesday, January 8.
The 43-year old perpetrator ran over the Moroccan national for “allegedly stealing his 17-year-old son’s cellphone at Imola near Bologna on Saturday, January 4.”
The Italian man is facing charges of premeditated murder.

The perpetrator, a factory worker, ran over the victim “days after the pair had had a punch-up over the alleged cellphone theft.”
Police said that the suspect denies the charges against him.
Article 575 of the Italian Criminal Code governor’s crime murders for homicide. The article rules that anyone found guilty of homicide faces at least 21-year imprisonment.
“Anyone who causes the death of a man is punished with imprisonment of not less than twenty-one years,” according to Article 575 of the criminal code.
