Rabat – The Egyptian Football Association announced the renewal of its Head Coach Hossam Hassan to lead the national team until 2030.
The decision came after the outstanding performance of the Egyptian national team in the 2026 world cup, under the leadership of Hossam Hassan, he led the team to qualify to the round of 16 an achievement that is being realized for the first time in the history of Egypt’s World Cup participation.
brahim Hassan will also remain in his role as team director as part of the coaching staff, with the federation seeking to maintain technical stability and build on the progress made during the previous period.
The new contract includes a clause allowing the Egyptian Football Association to terminate the agreement if the national team fails to qualify for the Africa Cup of Nations, subject to the conditions agreed by both parties.
