Abdelhadi Tazi, Member of Morocco’s Academy, dies at 94

Rabat – Professor Abdelhadi Tazi, member of the Academy of the Kingdom of Morocco, passed away, on Thursday night in Rabat, at the age of 94.

The deceased will be buried tomorrow, Friday, in the Mausoleum of Abi Bakr Ibn Al Arabi in Fez.

Born in Fez in 1921, Professor Tazi was a renowned historian, writer and a diplomat.

He was also member of the founding committee of the academy of the Kingdom of Morocco since 1980.
