Rabat – The examining magistrate at the Al Hoceima’s appeal court ordered the remand of 8 people in police custody under the investigation on the circumstances of the death of Mouhcine Fikri, said on Tuesday the public prosecutor of the said court.
Following the statement, issued early Tuesday, on the opening of an investigation regarding 11 people as part of the probe led by the judiciary police squad (BNPJ) on circumstances of the death of Mouhcine Fikri, the examining magistrate at the Al Hoceima’s appeal court ordered the remand of 8 people in police custody, said the public prosecutor in a statement.
They are two policemen, a delegate for fisheries, the head of the fisheries delegation department, chief of staff of the veterinary department and three employees from the cleaning company, said the statement,
The examining judge decided to continue the investigation with three other individuals whom are not in prison, the statement added.
