Rabat – ReKrute, an e-recruitment website, named BMCE Bank of Africa (BOA) the most attractive employer in Morocco in 2019.

The brand experts released the ranking on their website on Tuesday, January 21.

BMCE came out first in a list of the 25 most attractive companies in terms of employment.

ReKrute attributed a score of 76% to BMCE BOA, followed by Attijariwafa Bank (75%). The Peugeot Citroën Automobiles Maroc group came in third with a score of 75%.

The ranking includes a range of Moroccan companies from across all sectors, including banking, renewable energies, distribution, and manufacturing.

ReKrute prepared the list based on the rate of the attractiveness of each company. The rate is calculated based on candidates’ interaction with the company, job offers, and the recruitment page of each company over the last 12 months.

The list enables employers to improve their E-reputation and brand in order to attract the most talented job seekers.

Banks/insurance and the automotive sector (distributors and manufacturers) are the most attractive companies, each with the highest number of representatives out of the 25 companies. Aeronautics, mass distribution, and energy also came out as attractive sectors for job seekers.

“We support more than a million and a half candidates and more than 3,000 companies on a daily basis, which gives us a precise vision of the needs and expectations of the job market”, underlined Alexandra Montant, Deputy Managing Director from ReKrute.

ReKrute is present in 15 French-speaking African countries. In Morocco, the website has more than 1.5 million registered executive profiles and supports more than 3,000 companies and multinationals each year with their digital HR transformation.
