Rabat – Morocco have the upper hand tonight, according to the Opta supercomputer, which forecasts a win for the Atlas Lions.
The website’s supercomputer predicts Morocco has a 54.9% chance of winning the match against Scotland tonight.
Scotland’s chances of victory are rated at just 20.1%.
Morocco’s Mohamed Ouahbi chose his lineup, which is similar to what he deployed last match on Saturday against Brazil.
Yassine Bounou in goal, according to the lineup, alongside Achraf Hakimi and Noussair Mazraoui in defense, and a midfield featuring Azzedine Ounahi, Bilal El Khannouss, Brahim Diaz, Ismael Saibari and Ayyoub Bouaddi, who has been capturing the world’s attention.
Neil El Aynaoui, who is a key player and creates cohesion between all players, with Morocco appearing confident in this upcoming game.
Morocco’s Atlas Lions made an outstanding performance against Brazil in their opener, making the five-time World Cup title holder struggle.
But that was no surprise, as Morocco has already confirmed its new football status among the world’s contenders.
This status came after Morocco proved its position during the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, establishing itself as the first Arab and African team to qualify for the semi-finals.
The Atlas Lions are also sixth in FIFA’s Ranking, competing alongside FIFA World Cup winner Argentina and runners-up like France.
Scotland is already ahead with three points. Will Morocco collect three points to change the equation in Group C?
