Rabat – Several Hollywood stars, including Ruby Rose and Eva Green are expected to visit Morocco in December as part of a Hollywood crew to film the upcoming action movie “Dirty Angels.”

Martin Campbell is directing the movie, which will tell the story of  “the US withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021.” The fictional movie will narrate the story of female soldiers providing medical support in Afghanistan, The Hollywood Reporter said.

The filming of the movie will take place in Morocco and Millenium Media’s Nu Boyana Studio in Greece.

Campbell is renowned for several popular Hollywood movies, including the Mask of Zorro, and James Bond films like GoldenEye and Casino Royale.

This is not the first time that Morocco hosts filming crews from Hollywood.  Many American and international film directors chose Morocco, particularly Ourazazate to film their stories.

Ouarzazate has been home to several Hollywood movies and series, including The Mummy, Gladiator, and Lawrence of Arabia. The hit series Game of Thrones also includes scenes shot in the country.
In 2018, the Hollywood Reporter described Morocco as the “most lovely spot in the Whole World,” recalling world-class spots in the North African country, including Marrakech, Essaouira, and the Atlas Mountains.
