Rabat – The International Association for Front Office Managers and Assistant Hotel Managers Morocco (AICR) is set to launch on December 8 the second national competition for the best receptionists in Morocco.

This event aims to showcase the exceptional talents and skills of front-office professionals, highlighting their pivotal role in the hospitality industry. The competition promises to be a platform for recognizing and promoting the stellar contributions of receptionists, elevating the standards of service in the dynamic realm of hospitality.

The AICR’s Receptionist of the Year 2023 competition is scheduled to take place on Friday, December 8, within the premises of the Hyatt Regency Casablanca. This venue sets the stage for a momentous event, where the best receptionists in Morocco will showcase their skills and compete for recognition. 

AICR Morocco aims to be at the forefront of a new generation of dedicated men and women who are passionate about the hospitality industry and want to revolutionize the “Made in Morocco” message. 

This competition celebrates the rich heritage and cultural essence that the hospitality sector brings to the global stage, contributing to the narrative of Moroccan hospitality that is both distinctive and exceptional.

The competition boasts a diverse lineup of 16 candidates, each representing different hotels within the hospitality sector. 

The lineup includes notable individuals such as Karima Medlouh of Four Seasons Casablanca, El Yazid Lagriri proudly representing Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech, Omar Ben Soussa, the representative of Hyatt Regency Casablanca, and Nouhaila Chamrani from Royal Mansour Marrakech. 

These individuals bring a wealth of experience and expertise from their respective hotels, contributing to the diversity of the competition and embodying the high standards of Morocco’s thriving and world-class hospitality sector.

AICR Morocco takes pride and honor in having the opportunity to represent and showcase the vibrant colors of Morocco at the “World Best Receptionist 2024” event in Nice, France. 

This international competition will take place from February 27 to March 3, 2024, the organizers said in a statement, stressing that it will pay tribute to the expertise of receptionists while highlighting the unique hospitality and professionalism of the “Made in Morocco” brand on the world stage.
