Feminine Self Defense:

This event teaches women self defense strategies to encourage women to be more empowered in navigating their daily lives after learning ways to ensure their own safety. The event’s theme is “Defend a woman and she will be safe one day. Teach her how to defend herself and she will be safe all her life.” March 12, Campus Sport, Casablanca.

Kabareh Cheikhate:

Theatrical troupe, Jouk attamihil al Bidaoui, will perform a  concert to highlight  the long lasting tradition of Cheikhate,  a form of female dance and song that is so deeply rooted in Moroccan culture. March 9, Cervantes Institute, Casablanca.

Café Citoyen:

Citizen Café is a cultural event for networking and exchange organized by Dare Space. It will host youth and provide a space for exchange and debate on current themes that concern our present-day condition. March 9, Dare Space, Rabat.

Root Brothers Tribute to Bob Marley:

In a Tribute to Bob Marley, Jamaican reggae band, Roots Brothers, promises to take you on a musical journey toa peace-and-love state of mind. The band, first originated in Rabat, fuses reggae with various types of music, ranging from Ska to Rock-Steady and Dub to Dancehall. March 11, Renaissance Cinema, Rabat.

Cultural Ceremony for Women in the Culture Sector:

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Suad Alroyjl, head of the women’s Cultural Sector Association invites you to attend a ceremony to honor the artistic participation and contribution of Moroccan women in the cultural sector. March 8, Mohamed V Theater, Rabat.

Fashion Amazigh:

In its second edition, Fashion Amazigh is organizing a fashion show under the theme “Our Fashion is Part of Our Identity” to honor Amazigh fashion designers. Women’s Representation in Morocco Conference:

The conference is intended to highlight the difficulties inherent in being a liberal and modern Moroccan woman. It recognizes the critical condition of women in the public sphere of the country, and aims to raise awareness about the issue and change it, step by step.
