Rabat – Le Grand Arc-en-Ciel private school in Rabat is set to enchant the Moroccan capital with a music concert on the occasion of World Arabic Language Day.

The musical event will take place on December 17 at the Zenith Auditorium in Hay Riad, showcasing the translation and adaptation of Enfantastiques songs into Arabic. Enfantastiques is a musical project or group that creates songs specifically designed for children.

The group’s music has been adapted and sung in various languages, including French, English, German, Spanish, Chinese, and now, for the first time, in Arabic.

The aim is to use music as a universal language to connect children worldwide and promote cultural diversity and understanding, indicated the organizers in a press release.

The concert promises an extraordinary experience as الأطفال اللّمّـع (The Enfantastiques in Arabic) grace the stage to interpret songs filled with poetry and educational content.

“This bold initiative seeks to unite the hearts of children worldwide through music, transcending linguistic borders,” added the statement.

The Zenith Auditorium will host this multicultural celebration, bringing together an audience of 800 people for an evening that will celebrate the beauty of the Arabic language.

The concert aims to spark linguistic and cultural curiosity in young generations while providing an immersive musical experience.

The organizers highlighted the young performers as “bearers of positive and educational messages, that aspire to be ambassadors of intercultural collaboration, proving that music transcends linguistic barriers and unites children worldwide in a symphony of mutual understanding.”

World Arabic Language Day is celebrated annually on December 18. It is a day designated by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) to promote multilingualism and cultural diversity, as well as to celebrate the Arabic language’s role in history, culture, and communication.
