Agadir – ABA Technology Group has launched an international program, “Fusion AI for the Future of Health,” marking its first implementation at the University of Évora in Portugal, aiming to reshape medical education, healthcare systems, and scientific research through artificial intelligence.
The program is designed as a structured framework for testing and deploying AI-driven tools in academic and clinical environments, with the aim of building scalable models for global use.
“‘Fusion AI for the Future of Health’ takes on an international dimension with a first implementation at the University of Évora in Portugal,” ABA Technology said, noting that “this initiative is part of a strategic vision to transform medical education, health systems, and life sciences research through artificial intelligence.”
The initiative includes teaching, research, and technological experimentation, intended to assess how artificial intelligence can be integrated into medical education and healthcare innovation.
“‘Fusion AI for the Future of Health’ creates a link between academic learning, clinical application, and biomedical innovation, promoting the emergence of a new generation of healthcare professionals prepared for the challenges of tomorrow,” the company stated.
At the core of the program are three interlinked pillars. The first focuses on the development of “AI-Augmented Doctors,” aiming to integrate artificial intelligence into medical curricula and equip future physicians with skills to use, supervise, and design AI systems in healthcare contexts, notably through the Medifus Doctors software suite.
The second pillar centers on intelligent hospitals, where AI tools are expected to support clinical workflows, optimize healthcare delivery, and enhance operational efficiency.
The third pillar, AI-Enhanced Life Sciences, targets biomedical research and innovation, with the objective of accelerating discovery processes through advanced computational systems.
Speaking about the initiative, Mohamed Benouda, president of ABA Technology, said that “with ‘Fusion AI for the Future of Health’, we aim to train a new generation of doctors capable of mastering Artificial Intelligence, while developing smarter, more preventative and more sovereign health systems.”
