Agadir, Morocco- Lady Gaga wore a high-tech flying dress for her latest album’s launch party last night in New York.

She was strapped into a white fibreglass haute-couture gown-like suit and flown in a mammoth building by battery-powered rotors at the event in Brooklyn.

Gaga’s most likely craziest (in a good way) outfit yet was named Volantis. It was designed by the popstar, London’s Studio XO, and the technology division of the star’s Haus of Gaga creative team.

“I wanted to make today about something even more important to me,” she said at the event. “That something is the youth of the world. Benjamin and Nancy [the dress’ engineer and designer] are here with me today. Their minds are just so boundless. I will be a vehicle today for their voices… Youth all over the world.”

This dress makes for the world’s first “flying dress”. I think it’s crazy and creative in a good way. It definitely beats the meat dress which, for most people, was  an example of repulsive creativity.
