The royal family is expected to depart Morocco and arrive today in the Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
This visit to Hong Kong is part of King Mohammed VI’s New Year’s private vacation with his loved ones.
The Moroccan monarch and his family will be accompanied by several other personalities during the New Year festivities.
According to the same source, members of the Royal Cabinet have been in Hong Kong for nearly a week in preparation for the king’s holiday celebration.
Last year, King Mohammed VI chose Turkey to celebrate the holiday season and spend New Year’s Eve festivities.
