Rabat – Morocco’s net international reserves amounted to MAD 250.2 billion until November 25, 2016, recording a 13.5 % increase on an annual basis, Bank Al-Maghrib said.
The reserves recorded a 0.1% weekly increase, the central bank pointed out in its weekly indicators.
During the week of November 24-30, 2016, the central bank injected MAD 16.1 billion.
Over the course of this period, the interbank rate remained at 2.25%, while the average daily exchanged volume increased from MAD 3 billion to MAD 3.9 billion.
During the same period, the Dirham depreciated by 0.26% against the euro and appreciated by 0.40% against the dollar.
