Speaking on this occasion, the president of the Amadeus Institute, Brahim Fassi Fihri, said that this edition will focus on the theme “From fragmentation to sustainability: Revolutionizing paradigms.”
He stressed the need, in this context, for new paradigms in order to ensure peace, stability and sustainable development in a world suffering from “an uncertain geopolitical climate”.
The sustainable development and economic emergence of the countries of the South and of Africa will be at the heart of this Forum, he added. In his turn, president of the Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima region, Ilyas El Omari, said that the world is undergoing huge geopolitical changes that go far beyond the economic, political and social areas.
The first “Business Summit” will be launched within the framework of the present edition of the MEDays forum to enable business leaders and senior public sector officials discuss several issues relating to the growth of enterprises in the South, innovation and business opportunities in the countries of the South.
Over 3,000 participants and 120 high-level speakers will take part in the forum.
