Salé – The first-degree criminal chamber at the annex of Salé Appeal court, in charge of terrorism, gave on Thursday verdicts ranging from acquittal to five years imprisonment against 5 people sued in separate terror-related cases.
The defendants, including one student, were sued for “forming a gang to prepare and commit terrorist acts, defending terrorism and terrorist organization.”
Another individual sued in another terror-related case was sentenced Thursday to 20 years imprisonment.
He was charged with “attempted murder with premeditation, arson attack against a vehicle, manufacturing and possessing explosive materials and their illegal use in an individual project aimed at seriously undermining the order public through intimidation, and incitement to terrorism.”
