An official SAHAM Assurance communiqué published Thursday announced Mehdi Tazi’s departure from the company and explained other developments in its management structure.
“SAHAM Assurance Morocco’s Administration council, which met on January 5, 2017, has taken into account Mr. Ahmed Mehdi Taxi’s departure from his role as president and director of the company as he turns to new projects,” the statement reads, before congratulating Tazi for the work he accomplished since 2011.
The communiqué goes on to announce a set of changes within SAHAM Assurance, namely:
“ Ms. Nadia Fettah Alaoui will take on the role of president of the administrative council, Mr. Moulay Mhamed Elalamy will become director, Mr. Mahmoud Oudrhiri and Mr. Gilbert Nasarre have been confirmed as deputy managers.”
