Rabat  – “Air Arabia Maroc” carrier announced on Thursday the launch of a new air route linking Fez to Amsterdam, starting June 14.

The airliner will operate two flights per week to help Dutch passengers discover Moroccan regions, said Air Arabia in a statement, noting that this new destination is an addition to the Tangiers-Amsterdam and Nador-Amsterdam flights.

The cities of Strasbourg, Rome, Barcelona, Lyon, London and Brussels are also on the air company’s summer agenda. The statement quoted CEO of Air Arabia group Adel Ali as saying that the new route confirms “our commitment to developing Morocco’s air traffic and tourism sector.”
