Moroccan local football players won the 2019 CHAN by defeating Nigeria in the final match (4-0).
Rabat – The national Moroccan football team of local players are set to enter the preparation stage at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Maâmora, from December 30 to January 3, announced the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF).
The training stage is part of the Atlas Lions’ preparation for the final phase of the 2020 African Nations Championship (CHAN), scheduled for April in Cameroon, said the FRMF in a press release published on its website.

The coach, Houcine Ammouta, has called up 24 players performing in different Moroccan football clubs to take part in the preparation phase.
