Chadi Chemaly Appointed New General Manager of Casablanca’s Four Seasons Hotel

Rabat – Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca has announced the appointment of Chadi Chemaly as the new general manager of its self-named “Urban Oasis of Casablanca.”

Born in Lebanon, Chemaly has an 18-year career in the luxury hotel industry, indicated the Casablanca-based hotel in a press release. The hotel’s management added that Chemaly’s expertise in the hospitality sector should help develop the hotel’s services and products.

“Chadi’s passion for the hotel industry took him on a journey around the world starting from North America, where he made his debut in Front Office Management and Housekeeping,” added the statement.

“Following these successful experiences in Charlotte and Boston,” Chemaly headed to  Saudi Arabia, and then China, where he worked as a director of accommodation, according to the same source.

Chemaly then occupied the position of director of operations in Mexico, but “his quest for excellence” took him to Singapore, where he served as a hotel manager at Raffles Hotels & Resorts.

The Lebanese-born headed to Morocco’s red city, Marrakech, in 2018 to serve as the general manager of the upscale Fairmont Royal Palm hotel.

“Having traveled the world, I found in Morocco a second home and so much inspiration with its colors, its flavors, but above all the hospitality of its people” said Chemaly.

Chemaly added that he and his family “are thrilled to start this new chapter in Casablanca and experience its legendary way of life.”

Excited to start his journey in Morocco’s economic hub, Chemaly vowed to “strengthen the quality” of the Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca’s “services and products,” by joining forces with the hotel’s team.

“Chadi is more determined than ever to take up the challenge and lead the award-winning Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca,” added the statement, concluding that Chemaly is “committed to leading the hotel into a new era of success.”

Established in 1961 by Canadian businessman Isadore Sharp, the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts chain currently operates in 47 countries across the world.
