Rabat – Morocco’s national football team is going head-to-head with Croatia in the World Cup third place-playoff on December 17, with the match scheduled at 16:00 Moroccan time at the Khalifa International Stadium in Al Rayyan, Qatar.
Spectators not attending the match in Qatar’s World Cup stadiums can watch the game on several platforms, and stream the game on sports channels.
The game will also be broadcast by BBC One, via streaming on BBC iPlayer, or on the BBC Sports website.
As part of their World Cup coverage, Qatari international sports network beIN Sports is streaming the game.
Viewers can equally watch the match on Telemundo and FS1.
Croatia were seen off 3-0 by Argentina in their semi-final game, while the Atlas Lions fought valiantly against France but were beaten 2-0 .
Les Bleus had a lot less support than Morocco and had to deal with a lot of attacks sent from the Moroccan side throughout the match. However, French players Theo Hernandez and Randal Kolo Muani scored goals on either side of half-time to send France to the final against Argentina.
Just a few weeks earlier, Croatia and Morocco played each other resulting in a goalless draw in their Group F game.
Croatia were only able to get five goal attempts against Regragui’s backline, so another strong defensive performance by Morocco could put them on their way to a historic third-place title.
