Rabat – Chelsea football club is seeking to speed up Hakim Ziyech’s transfer to another club next week.

IC Football News said that Chelsea has already informed Ziyech that he will not be part of the pre-season training campaign.

This news comes amid uncertainty for Ziyech’s future as his potential transfer to Saudi football club Al Nassr collapsed.

New Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino said that two other players, in addition to Ziyech will be banished. The players that will not return to pre-season training also include Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and Romelu Lukaku.

Converging reports said Ziyech’s transfer to the Saudi club failed due to his alleged leg injury.

However, sports journalist Falah Al Qahtani denied the rumors, stressing that Ziyech has no knee injury.

“The fact is that the player did not even undergo a medical examination in the first place,” he said, stressing that the Atlas Lions had a disagreement with the Saudi club.

“Al Nassr asked him (Ziyech) to come to Madrid for the examination in the presence of the club doctor, and the player refused and insisted that the examination should be done in Morocco,” the journalist added.

In May, the Atlas Lion acknowledged that he has no future with his current club.

Sports journalist Paul Brown said: “I think a lot of players at Chelsea were already considering their future. There have been a couple that have been on the transfer list for some time and know it.”

Ziyech is one of the key football stars for Morocco’s national team, with whom the Atlas Lions contributed to Morocco’s  World Cup fairytale.
