Rabat – Israeli occupation forces have arrested dozens of young displaced people in Gaza, with footage shared online and in media outlets showing soldiers watching over rows of the arrested residents after stripping them of their clothes.
The footage shows rows of Palestinians sitting on the street with nothing on except for underwear, with armed Israeli soldiers patrolling around them. Some of the arrested people appeared to be blindfolded and had their hands tied behind their backs.

Some observers said they could spot journalist Diaa Al-Kahlout among the arrested individuals.
Al-Kahlout was arrested earlier today along with his brothers and relatives, The New Arab reported. He worked for the outlet’s Arabic language service Al-Araby Al-Jadeed as a correspondent in Gaza.
Al-Kahlout’s sister said he was forced at gunpoint to leave his disabled seven-year-old daughter behind before the occupying forces took away the men who were subsequently stripped and beaten.
Israeli media reported that the footage showed “Hamas suspects” surrendering themselves to Israeli troops.
Since October 7, Israeli troops have killed over 17,000 Palestinians in their relentless campaign on the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including 7,000 children.
No progress seems to have been made to reach a permanent ceasefire or second truce, after the first one which was brokered by the US and Qatar expired.
