Rabat – Meet Bryan Johnson, better known as “Zero,” the maverick entrepreneur on a mission to turn back the clock on aging.

He is an entrepreneur, venture capitalist, writer, and author from the United States.

Johnson is the founder of Kernel, a company dedicated to developing devices for monitoring and recording brain activity. Additionally, he established OS Fund, a venture capital firm focused on investing in early-stage science and technology companies.

The tech billionaire who cashed in big time, raking in a cool $800 million from his payment processing venture, has now pivoted towards a new mission: reversal of  the aging process.

Johnson’s ‘secret sauce’

In an interview with Time, Johnson spilled the beans on his daily ritual, revealing his everyday routine to the public.

In an attempt to live forever young, he’s not simply drinking from the fountain of youth; instead, he’s taking 111 pills a day.

To stay informed, he also makes use of high-tech health devices.

His regimen seems like something out of a science fiction film, from donning a red light-shooting baseball cap to making his own stool samples and putting on a tiny jet pack to keep an eye on his nightly activities.

The ‘Zero Method’

Johnson’s unconventional lifestyle choice of eating supper at 11 a.m. is part of his daily routine, which was sparked by his intrigue with anti-aging techniques.

Moreover, his careful driving style demonstrates his devotion to this endeavor.

As slowly drives his electric Audi around the streets of Los Angeles, he says to himself before he takes off, “Driving is the most dangerous thing we do.”

In a groundbreaking revelation back in February 2023, 2023, Bloomberg at last gave us a glimpse inside Johnson’s unwavering pursuit of perpetual youth through his ambitious scheme known as “Project Blueprint.”

His diet is definitely not your run-of-the-mill routine.

His go-to juice combination, the “Green Giant,” which is bursting with nutrients like collagen peptides, creatine, and spermidine, gets him started every morning.

What about for breakfast? Johnson’s morning meal is a vibrant mixture of steamed vegetables, lentils, and $75 worth of Blueprint olive oil that will make your dish seem like “mush the color of a sea lion.”

Johnson eats nearly the same thing for every meal: plant-based, blended, and served repeatedly. That, my friend, is a prescription for perpetual youth served with flair.

It’s not just Johnson who’s on this quirky journey; even his chief marketing officer, Kate Tolo, has jumped on board with a similar lifestyle.

Sounds too good to be true

Now, you may be asking yourself, “Sounds too good to be true, right?”

Well, skepticism is nothing new to Johnson.

His efforts have been labeled as wishful thinking or even downright foolish by some.

Paul Graham, the witty English computer scientist, entrepreneur, and investor, took to X, formerly Twitter, to weigh in on the matter.

“You may be telling us more than you mean to when you tell us that an extra 1 cm is worth all this trouble,” teased Graham, hinting with sarcasm that Johnson might not need to go to such lengths just for a little boost down there.

Another user quipped that “Bryan Johnson is behaviorally identical to a meth addict.”

In response to critics, Johnson shared in a video, “If you don’t have haters, you want to dial it up.”

In the universe of ‘Zero,’ Failure is a stepping stone rather than a setback.

So, what’s next for the man who wishes to be forever young?? Only time will tell.

One thing’s for sure; he’s not content to let the sands of time slip through his fingers.
