Beni Mellal – The results of the 2024 standardized national baccalaureate examination in Morocco will be released tomorrow, June 26, the Ministry of National Education has announced.
Meanwhile, the retake session for the exam will be held on July 10, 11, 12, and 13, with results announced on July 19, 2024.
A total of 493,651 candidates participated in this year’s ordinary session, including 373,374 enrolled students and 120,277 independent candidates.
Minister of Education Chakib Benmoussa emphasized that the ministry has mobilized all stakeholders and taken necessary logistical and organizational measures to ensure the smooth running of the exams.
This included providing 1,833 examination centers with 28,549 rooms nationwide and deploying 49,000 invigilators to promote equal opportunities for all candidates.
The minister also highlighted new features introduced this year, such as pedagogical and psychological support and remedial classes for candidates. Digital innovations, like the secret numbering of exam papers, are expected to reduce errors and cases of cheating.
Private school education represented 13% of the total enrolled candidates. The breakdown of candidates by field of study is as follows: 64% in scientific and technical fields, 35% in literary and original fields, and 1% in professional fields.
Results will be available on the Taalim.ma messaging platform for enrolled candidates, as well as on the websites bac.men.gov.ma and men.gov.ma. To access their results, candidates must enter their Massar Code on these platforms.
Launched by the ministry in partnership with Microsoft, the Taalim.ma portal allows students to view their exam averages using their own email addresses.
