Agadir – Morocco is expanding its industrial and logistics infrastructure with the inauguration of “LOGIPARC 2,” a modern logistics park in Bouskoura, within the Casablanca-Settat region.

Moroccan Minister of Transport and Logistics Abdessamad Kayouh officially launched the project today in the presence of key stakeholders, including Moroccan Agency for Logistics Development (AMDL) Director Ghassane El Machrafi and Tijara Développement President Azzedine Lahrichi.

LOGIPARC, a subsidiary of Tijara Développement, developed the project with an investment exceeding MAD 200 million (approximately $21 million).

The site spans 5.5 hectares and offers nearly 25,000 square meters of covered space. It includes 23 modular units ranging from 920 to 2,200 square meters, allowing operators to adapt spaces to their industrial and logistics needs.

This project follows LOGIPARC 1, launched in 2016, which covers 11,100 square meters across eight modules.

The new park is located in the Bouskoura industrial zone, giving operators direct access to major road and highway networks linking Casablanca to other key cities. It also benefits from its proximity to Mohammed V International Airport and the Port of Casablanca.

LOGIPARC 2 is part of  Morocco’s efforts to enhance its economic competitiveness through creating logistic networks.

In parallel, the country is advancing major infrastructure projects, including the Zenata–Nouaceur logistics corridor and the Oulad Saleh logistics zone, which authorities expect to complete by summer.

These initiatives aim to build a cohesive national network capable of supporting growing economic demands.

Their  main objectives are strengthening logistics infrastructure to address global challenges such as supply chain disruptions and price volatility, while positioning  Morocco as a regional hub linking African and European markets and supporting  integration into global value chains.
