Hrimat also reminded his teammates of their domestic commitments, pointing out that important league fixtures still lie ahead.

He insisted that it would be disappointing to reach the continental final without remaining fully competitive in other competitions.

The captain thanked families and supporters for their constant backing, describing the qualification as a collective triumph. He called the moment “tears of men and tears of joy,” stressing the pride felt across the club.

AS FAR will face South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns in the CAF  Champions League final on May 17, before hosting the return leg on May 24 at Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.

The Moroccan side will aim to crown their campaign with a first appearance in the final since 1985.
