Fez – Passengers on a Royal Air Maroc flight arriving at Paris-Orly Airport on Wednesday faced an unexpected delay before disembarking after airport operations were temporarily suspended for the arrival of U.S. President Donald Trump’s aircraft.

The incident involved flight AT750, operated by Royal Air Maroc from Casablanca to Paris.

Shortly after landing, passengers were informed by the captain that buses transporting them from the aircraft to the terminal would take longer to arrive because all movement on the airport grounds had been temporarily halted due to the arrival of Air Force One.

“Ladies and gentlemen, we are sorry to inform you that the buses will take a little longer to arrive because all movement at the airport is currently prohibited due to the arrival of Air Force One, President Trump’s aircraft. Please remain seated,” the captain announced.

The delay came after passengers had already experienced another unexpected event during the flight.

Shortly after takeoff from Casablanca’s Mohammed V Airport, the cabin crew requested the assistance of any doctors on board after a passenger fell ill.

Two female passengers reportedly responded to the call and provided assistance until the aircraft landed.

Emergency teams from the Paris civil protection service were waiting on the tarmac and evacuated the passenger shortly after arrival.

Passengers then had to remain seated while the medical evacuation was completed, a process that lasted around 15 minutes.

Soon after, they were informed of a second delay linked to the arrival of President Trump’s plane.

The Boeing 737 landed at around 8:40 p.m., but passengers did not begin leaving the aircraft until approximately 9:20 p.m., when the first shuttle bus finally took them to the arrivals hall.

Although Air Force One was nowhere to be seen by the time passengers exited the airport, frustration was evident among both travelers and crew members after the series of delays turned what should have been a routine arrival into a longer-than-expected wait.
