Rabat – Morocco’s national team players have sent a heartfelt message of encouragement to children from the Princess Lalla Asmaa Foundation for Deaf Children, urging them to pursue their dreams with courage and perseverance while continuing their academic journeys.

According to Maghreb Arab Press (MAP), the message was recorded from Mexico, where the Atlas Lions are competing in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and was broadcast during the foundation’s end-of-year ceremony for the 2025-2026 academic season.

In the video message, Morocco’s players encouraged the children to move forward with the same determination the national team shows on football’s biggest stage.

The players also stressed that football and inclusion share common values, including discipline, hard work, solidarity, and belief in success, emphasizing that “nothing is impossible when we believe in our dreams.”

The Atlas Lions additionally commended Princess Lalla Asmaa for her longstanding commitment to supporting deaf and hearing-impaired children through the institution’s work over the past two decades.

The message was one of the ceremony’s most emotional moments, bringing together two stories of perseverance: Morocco’s national team inspiring pride on the global stage, and the students of the foundation demonstrating daily resilience and ambition.

The players concluded the message by signing “I love you” in a symbolic gesture that drew widespread praise online for highlighting solidarity.

Students of the foundation also paid tribute to the Atlas Lions, who have qualified for the World Cup Round of 16, through a choreographed artistic performance celebrating perseverance and overcoming challenges.
