Following his one-year loan spell in Eindhoven, international Moroccan player Anas Salah-eddine returns to AS Roma this summer after spending a successful journey with Eindhoven in which he won the third league title.
Overall, the season was a genuinely strong year despite a couple of injuries and nearly two months missed for AFCON duty.
The 24-year-old spent the last season at Eindhoven, with an option to buy for £8m, but his latest performance has inevitably reignited discussions about his fate with AS Roma.
Anass made 25 appearances for Eindhoven, starting as a substitute in the 65th minute of his first match, but impressed manager Peter Bosz during his 10-month spell in the club.
“Anass, you promised us you would fight for the badge, and you did exactly that,” PSV Eindhoven thanked Salah-Eddine in a farewell message on X. “Together we were able to celebrate a wonderful achievement with our third league title in a row. Thank you for your effort, your energy, and your contribution to our club. We wish you all the very best in the next chapter of your career.”
During his season with Eindhoven, Salah-eddine contributed effectively in winning the 2025-26 Eredivisie title and featured in seven UEFA Champions League matches, establishing himself as an important member of Peter Bosz’s squad.
