Casablanca – Manchester United is set to bring Marcus Rashford back to training ahead of the new season, following his participation with the England national team in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The move comes as Man United struggle to find a suitable destination for the forward this summer.
According to Fabrizio Romano, head coach Michael Carrick wants to work with Rashford during the preparations for the new season, as he sees him a part of his plans at this time. However, there remains the possibility of his departure if a suitable offer comes in from one of Europe’s top clubs.
Reports have suggested that Rashford is not currently thinking about a transfer to the Turkish league, despite some speculation linking him to Fenerbahçe. He prefers to wait for an opportunity to move to a top European club if he decides to leave Old Trafford this summer.
Marcus Rashford is under contract with Manchester United until summer 2028, while Michael Carrick aims to assess the player closely during the pre-season before making a final decision on his future with the team for the upcoming season.
