Rabat – OCP Maintenance Solutions, a subsidiary of Morocco’s OCP Group, has joined forces with NTN Europe to bring AI-powered predictive maintenance solutions to industrial companies across Europe.
The partnership, announced today, combines OCP Maintenance Solutions’ expertise in artificial intelligence and industrial data with NTN Europe’s knowledge of bearings, rotating equipment, and industrial diagnostics.
The two companies aim to help manufacturers detect equipment problems before they cause costly failures, improve maintenance planning, and protect production continuity.
The partnership will first focus on France before it expands to other European markets. The companies said the initial rollout will allow them to adapt the solution to local industrial needs before a wider deployment.
Under the partnership, NTN Europe will contribute its expertise through its SNR brand, with a focus on bearings, rotating equipment, and equipment diagnostics. OCP Maintenance Solutions will provide its proprietary i-Sense and i-Predict technologies, which use equipment data, vibration analysis, and artificial intelligence to identify signs of potential failure.
The joint offer will cover the full maintenance process, from the identification of critical equipment to data analysis, fault diagnosis, and maintenance decisions.
The partnership follows nearly a year of joint work between the two companies. Their cooperation has included tests on bearings and rotating equipment at NTN Europe’s technical facilities.
OCP Maintenance Solutions will also draw on experience from deployments of its technologies in Morocco, Côte d’Ivoire, Pakistan, and India.

Eric Malavasi, Vice President of NTN Europe, said the partnership reflects a broader effort to provide customers with maintenance solutions beyond individual products.
“This alliance reflects our desire to support our customers beyond our products by providing solutions that address the new challenges of industrial maintenance,” Malavasi said.
“By combining our expertise in rotating equipment with the predictive technologies of OCP Maintenance Solutions, we aim to contribute to more anticipatory maintenance that places greater emphasis on performance,” he added.
OCP’s industrial technology expansion
Founded in 2020, OCP Maintenance Solutions specializes in industrial maintenance, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence. The company has more than 350 employees and operates in Morocco and Saudi Arabia, with clients across more than nine countries.
Its i-Sense and i-Predict platforms use equipment monitoring, vibration analysis, and AI to detect potential faults and help industrial operators improve asset reliability and availability.
The new partnership gives the OCP subsidiary a route into the European industrial market through NTN Europe, part of Japan’s NTN Corporation.
NTN Europe develops and manufactures precision bearings and related solutions for the industrial, automotive, and aerospace sectors. It has a research and development center and 14 production sites across Europe, with more than 5,000 employees and €1.2 billion in revenue in 2024.
