Samsung announced the opening of the first Samsung 3rd Generation Morocco Service Center in Casablanca through their official Facebook page dedicated to Samsung users in Morocco.
In its objective to strengthen its presence in Morocco and satisfy its customers, Samsung Morocco has opened a new center for after-sales service (ASS) in Maarif, Casablanca in order to provide on-site repairs.
This opening was made in collaboration with the maintenance center Cetelec Maroc.
Through a Face-to-Face center capable of repairing customers’ devices on site and at the present of the client, Samsung Morocco has made a big step forward that may Keep Samsung customers satisfied and in good hands.
Khalid Hmina, Marketing Director of Samsung Electronics Morocco, said that “through this transaction, Samsung Morocco, leader in its field, owes its success to the innovation, speed, accountability and excellence that characterize its products.”
Samsung also made a website available for Moroccans to register their newly purchased products and receive on demand information, as well as online assistance for any expected troubleshooting.
The South Korean electronics Samsung reported on Thursday, January 24, a record net profit of $ 4.9 billion in the fourth quarter of 2012, an increase of 76% thanks to memory chips and smart phones sales, of which Samsung is the world’s leaders.
It is worth mentioning that the-after-sale service provides assistance and maintenance for devices, during and after a warranty period.
