Italy and Germany go head-to-head today in a huge UEFA Nations League quarter-final at San Siro. Two giants of world football, one spot in the semis — this is as big as it gets.

Kick-off is set at 7:45 p.m. Moroccan time (GMT) and fans can catch the action live on BeIN Sports Arabic, BeIN Sports English, L’Équipe, and ZDF.

Italy have the San Siro crowd behind them, and they’ll need it. With Mateo Retegui out, Moise Kean steps up to lead the charge. In midfield, Nicolò Rovella joins forces with Nicolò Barella and Sandro Tonali. Meanwhile, Destiny Udogie fills in for the injured Federico Dimarco on the left wing-back.

Germany are missing some big names. Kai Havertz, Florian Wirtz, and Marc-André ter Stegen are all sidelined, meaning Oliver Baumann will likely stand between the posts. Leon Goretzka and Nadiem Amiri are back in the squad, while Inter Milan’s own Yann Bisseck could make his first appearance on familiar turf.

The last time these two met, it was absolute chaos—seven goals in Monchengladbach, with Germany taking the win. Italy haven’t forgotten and will be itching for payback.

Predicted Lineups

Italy: Donnarumma; Buongiorno, Bastoni, Califiori; Di Lorenzo, Barella, Rovella, Tonali, Udogie; Raspadori, Kean.

Germany: Baumann; Kimmich, Tah, Rüdiger, Schlotterbeck; Andrich, Goretzka; Adeyemi, Musiala, Sané; Undav.

Score Prediction

Germany have looked sharper lately, but with so many key players out, they could struggle. Italy, with their passionate home crowd, will smell blood. Expect a tight, fiery contest, but don’t be surprised if the Azzurri sneak a win.
