Rabat – OCP Africa, a subsidiary of the OCP Group, has presented its innovative agricultural solutions at the 2023 African Conference on Agricultural Technologies, which is taking place in Nairobi, Kenya between October 30 and November 2.

The conference, held under the theme “Agricultural Resilience through Innovation,” provided a platform for OCP Africa to present pioneering solutions aimed at bolstering food security and promoting sustainable agriculture across the continent.

The group highlighted the role of the Agricultural Caravan, extended by OCP to several sub-Saharan African countries, with the primary goal of improving agricultural productivity and efficiency through soil testing and analysis.

OCP Africa emphasized that the conference served as a platform to demonstrate how their solutions have the potential to “revolutionize” farming practices, increase crop yields, and contribute to food security in the region.

OCP’s approaches and technologies captured the attention of numerous experts and attendees who shared the group’s dedication to transforming agriculture in Africa.

In a statement released today, the group said “OCP Kenya has just wrapped up an incredibly successful live demonstration at the African Conference on Agricultural Technologies in Kenya 2023.”

Organized by the African Agricultural Technology Foundation in collaboration with the Kenyan Ministry of Agriculture, the conference brought together key players in the agricultural sector, including policymakers, researchers, and academics.

The Moroccan group expressed its enthusiasm about the opportunity to connect with leaders and experts who share the same commitment to transforming agriculture in Africa. “Together, we are creating a brighter and more sustainable future!”

OCP Group continues to stress its commitment to strengthening food security in Africa. The company has launched various programs and initiatives to empower African farmers, as well as enhance agricultural practices and increase yields.

Their extensive support includes training and knowledge-sharing to equip farmers with the latest agricultural techniques and best practices.

One of OCP’s key initiatives involves generous donations of fertilizers, a critical resource for optimizing crop production, to numerous African countries.
