Rabat — Maroc Telecom has announced the launch of the 22nd edition of its annual Beach Festival, set to take place from July 20 to August 21 and bringing a month of free musical performances to the coastal cities of M’diq, Tangier, Al Hoceima, and Saidia.
The festival will feature 60 free concerts staged on venues designed to meet international standards, reaffirming its position as one of Morocco’s largest free cultural events.
This year’s edition will offer a diverse lineup of leading Moroccan and Arab artists spanning a wide range of musical genres, including hip-hop, rap, Aïta, Chaâbi, contemporary Moroccan music, Raï, Reggada, Arab pop, Levantine music, as well as performances by local and folkloric groups.
Maroc Telecom said the event reflects its long-standing commitment to making culture accessible to a broad audience. Open to all and free of charge, the festival aims to bring together different generations, strengthen ties between artists and their audiences, and promote social cohesion through shared cultural experiences.
Beyond its entertainment offering, the Beach Festival is expected to contribute to the economic and tourism activity of the host cities by supporting local businesses, tourism establishments, and the wider local ecosystem during the peak summer season.
Since its launch in 2002, the Maroc Telecom Beach Festival has grown into one of the Kingdom’s most popular summer events, attracting millions of festivalgoers each year.
Over the years, it has become a major platform for cultural exchange and community engagement, helping showcase Morocco’s musical diversity while creating a festive atmosphere along the country’s coastline.
Through the 2026 edition, Maroc Telecom says it is continuing its support for cultural promotion, artistic creation, and regional development by offering an inclusive and accessible musical experience to audiences across Morocco.
