Casablanca – The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), an American global management consulting firm, announced the appointment of Zineb Sqalli this Wednesday, July 6, as Managing Director & Partner in the office of BCG in Casablanca.
Zineb Sqalli currently leads BCG’s Africa Center for Customer Insight after more than 15 years in financial services and consumer products, with a focus on strategy, organization, and digital concerns, the group’s joint statement reads.
According to the BCG, Zineb Sqalli is a key member of Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions, Public Sector, and People & Organization initiatives.
Her work primarily focuses on strategy, organization, leadership, and implementing innovative methods of working with customers in the governmental and commercial sectors of Morocco and West Africa.

Sqalli joined the BCG in 2009 as an associate and helped launch the firm’s activities in Africa before working in Europe and the Middle East. She then joined the Casablanca office in 2014.
She formerly worked as an assistant supply chain manager at Procter & Gamble and as a financial auditor at Ernst & Young.
According to BCG, Sqalli is particularly involved in the issue of women’s empowerment in Morocco and Africa.
She is in charge of BCG’s efforts on gender empowerment and inclusion in emerging markets, as well as the “Women Initiative” in Africa, an internal BCG program that empowers female consultants.
Founded in 1963, BCG is a multinational consulting firm with branches in over 50 countries and regions. It provides consulting services to customers in a variety of industries, including travel and tourism, aerospace, and legal defense.
The company’s branch in Casablanca, which opened in 2010 and has more than 60 employees, recently established BCG Platinion, a technology consultancy subsidiary in Morocco.
The company generates $8.6 billion in yearly revenue and employs 22,000 people in 90 offices worldwide.
