Denver – Samsung has expanded its presence in Morocco after opening three additional storefronts in Meknes, Temara, and Marrakech.
The company has continued to expand its presence in the North African kingdom through opening new stores and educational institutions. The latest openings are part of the larger strategy of making Samsung products and accessories more accessible to the Moroccan market, the company said in a press release.
Currently, Samsung operates sales locations in 21 cities and towns across Morocco. These locations include Casablanca, Mohammedia, El Jadida, Rabat, Temara, Marrakech, Fez, Tangier, Agadir, Tetouan, Kenitra, Taza, Oujda, and Meknes.
Samsung highlighted its latest products will be on display for customers to view at the three new stores. “Visitors will have access to the most exclusive and innovative offers of the brand also ensuring the authenticity and guarantee of the products. Of course, the latest Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 are on display, as are the new Galaxy Watch 4 smartwatches,” the company said.
Samsung also assured that customers will be able to access several complimentary assistance services at the new store. A team of dedicated representatives will educate customers on using their devices and assist visitors in accessing the full functions of their Samsung products.
Concluding its press statement, Samsung stated it “is constantly committed to getting closer to its customers and offering them the best service.”
Samsung is one of several Asian phone manufacturers expanding into the burgeoning African market. While western phone companies such as Apple remain focused on their customer base in the developed world, companies like Samsung and Chinese manufacturer Huawei have long been present in the rapidly developing African economy.
