Morocco champions Maghreb de Fes suffer a goalkeeping blow ahead of their anticipated clash against Egyptian side, Zamalek.

Their main goalie Mohammed Sakhra was injured during Kenitra AC League game on Sunday and will be ruled out for more than ten days until his shoulder heals.

Under unlucky circumstances, Sokhra’s substitute Anas Zniti is also injured, forcing coach Rachid Taoussi to depend on his third choice: Ismail Kouha.

In a funny twist, however, the counterpart on Zamalek’s team, Abdel-Wahed El-Sayed is suspended for two yellow cards.

Manager Hassan Shehata will use the talent of keeper, Abdel-Rehim “Gennish” to guard the White net, but considering they have no substitutes, the coach will be on his toes.

Zamalek goalkeeper coach Ayman Taher is preparing two midfielders: Ahmed Hassan and Alaa Ali and striker Alaa Ali to choose one should Gennish need to be substituted.

Maghreb de Fes face Zamalek in round 16 of the CAF Champions League this weekend.
