Meknes, April 25, 2013 (MAP)
Morocco and Germany signed this Thursday two cooperation conventions providing for technical support to cooperatives and to enterprise creation.
The first convention deals with cooperation actions with the German foundation “Senior Experts Service” (SES), mainly training in agriculture vocational training schools and technical support to local products cooperatives, especially those producing goat cheese and product packaging and marketing.
SES is a non profit-seeking organization that assists developing countries with retired experts and consultants specialized in various economic fields.
The 2nd convention concerns promotion of investment and enterprise creation and trade cooperation between German firms and agriculture cooperatives to support exports on the German market via a network of German companies or Moroccans living in Germany.
The convention is part of the program of the international center for migration and development.
The conventions were signed during the 8th Meknes international agriculture fair where Germany has over 20 companies displaying agriculture machinery, fertilizers and phyto-sanitary products.
