Rabat – Renowned Egyptian Lion tamer Faten El-Helw was reportedly attacked by one of her lions during a show in the Delta city of Tanta.

While the Egyptian tamer was waving to the audience, one of the lions in the ring jumped forward and pined her down to the ground.

Immediately, an assistant intervened to release her from the clowns of the lion and get them back to their cages.

According to Egyptian media, El-Helw whose family has a long history in Egypt for taming lions, has left the hospital and is preparing for her next show.
