Rio de Janeiro – Morocco’s Mohamed Amgoun broke the world record and won the T13 400m Thursday at Rio Paralympics 2016.
Amgoun broke the world record in 47.15 seconds, ahead of Namibian Johannes Nambala (47.21 sec) and Algerian Mohamed Fouad Hamoumou (48.04sec).
Morocco boasts, so far, five medals at these games (two golds, two silvers and one bronze).
