In a message to the Forum, Azoulay highlighted “the Center’s vision and commitment to shape the concept of an Atlantic community, a community ready to debate and work on real answers to the challenges we all face along the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.”
This award “will certainly help me continue to promote the inclusive culture of dialogue in an era and a world, where unfortunately the so-called champions of isolationism and clash of cultures are gaining ground “.
The Mediterranean Leadership Award was also handed to Libyan Husni Bey, head of HB Group, Egyptian Hisham Fahmy, CEO of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, Montenegrin Dusko Knezevic, President of Atlas Group, and to Bosnian Ilija Studen, CEO of Studen and Co. Holding.

Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), one of America’s leading graduate schools devoted to the study of international relations.
