Brasilia – A multi-sector Brazilian economic mission will visit Morocco on April 18-20, the Brazilian Agency for Export and Investment Promotion (APEX-Brasil) said.

In Morocco, the first stage of the tour, Brazilian companies specialized in agri-business will take part in the 12th International Meknes Agricultural Show (SIAM), held on April 18-23 under the patronage of King Mohammed VI, according to the preliminary program of the visit, a copy of which was obtained by the MAP.

A stand dedicated to Brazilian products in the field of agricultural industry will be built during this important meeting, said APEX Brasil, the organizer of the visit in cooperation With the Ministry of External Relations and the support of the Brazilian Arab Chamber of Commerce.

The Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil) works to promote Brazilian products and services abroad, and to attract foreign investment to strategic sectors of the Brazilian economy.

Apex-Brasil organizes several initiatives aiming to promote Brazilian exports abroad.

The Agency´s efforts comprise trade and prospective missions, business rounds, support for the participation of Brazilian companies in major international trade fairs, arrangement of technical visits of foreign buyers and opinion makers to learn about the Brazilian productive structure, and other select activities designed to strengthen the country’s branding abroad.

Apex-Brasil also plays a leading role in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) to Brazil, by working to identify business opportunities, promoting strategic events and lending support to foreign investors willing to allocate resources in Brazil
