Rabat – Portuguese footballer, Nelson Semedo, is the subject of heavy rumors that he is leaving his current team, Sport Lisboa e Benfica, for Barcelona this summer.

According to Portuguese sports platform, A Bola, Barcelona and Benfica have already held talk regarding the youngster.

The 23-year-old footballer’s release clause with his current team stipulates 60 million euros. Interestingly, the club’s president, Luis Filipe Vieira, wants only 50 EUR million to release the player.

Two International teams, namely Bayern Munich and Manchester United, have also expressed interest in signing Semedo.

Barcelona is desperate to sign as many right-backs and midfielders as possible to promote its defense and midfield services.
