Rabat – Police in Sidi Slimane in the Rabat-Sale-Kenitra region have arrested three members of an all-female robbery gang, aged between 30 and 36.
Originally from Fez, the gang split into groups to prepare upcoming heists. They started their robberies by renting a car, reported H24. Two members of the gang would then attack the target, while one would remain in the car in order to escape as soon possible.
Two women of the gang were arrested on July 9, after they were caught while they were in the process of stealing televisions from an electronic store.
A store employee managed to stop two of the perpetrators, but the other fled immediately when her two partners were caught.
The police officers said that the thieves were recorded on a surveillance camera robbing another store on the same day.
