Rabat – A c-130 Hercules military airplane overshot the runway upon landing on Sunday at the Biskra airport in south Algeria.
Eight members of crew staff were injured, according to Algerian television channels.
The incident followed a tragic airplane crash, causing the death of 257 passengers, including many members of the Polisario Front on April 11.
The crash happened shortly after the plane took off from Boufarik military airport near Algeria’s capital Algiers.
The list of the victims included army staff and their families.
